Ann Spinks, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on February 14, 2024. She was a remarkable woman who’s love for Auburn Football goes unmatched.
Ann was born on January 10, 1965 in Nuremberg, Germany. If you asked her she’d tell you her greatest accomplishments in life were her daughters, Chrystal Smith and Jacquelyn Spinks, and completing her Master degree in Business Management From Auburn University June 13, 1997.
Ann had a special love for her five grandchildren Madison Smith, Tristan Smith, Haylee Spinks, Kyler Smith, and Nevaeh Willis, who brought her immense joy and pride. She cherished every moment spent with them and celebrated their achievements.
In her free time, Ann found solace in the peacefulness of fishing. She loved being out on the water, casting her line, and immersing herself in nature’s beauty. It was during these moments that she felt most at peace.
Ann will be remembered for her unwavering love and support for her family and friends. Her warm smile, gentle spirit, and kind heart touched the lives of all who knew her.
She leaves behind cherished memories and a lasting legacy of love. Ann Spinks will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
May she rest in eternal peace. War Eagle!
At the request of Ann there will not be a viewing or memorial, she asks everyone to remember her when they are on the water “hook’n lips”. In lieu of flowers and cards the family asks everyone to please make a donation in Ann’s honor to the National Fish and Wildlife foundation.
