Katherine Grace Knox
July 12, 1942 – March 26, 2020
Katherine Grace Knox passed away on March 26, 2020 at the age of 77. A public Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be announced and held at a later date.
She was born on July 12, 1942 to the late Henry and Eunice Clayton. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, James Knox and brother, “Little Sam”.
She is survived by son, Jimmy Knox; daughter, Kathy (Bobby) Symonds; grandchildren, Justin (Bethany) Ware, Riggs Symonds, Alston Knox, Hunter Knox; great-grandson, Jameson Ware; brother, Douglas (Frances) Clayton; sister, Patricia “Trish” (Earl) Singleton; many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members; her beloved dog, Toby.
Katherine was a social butterfly and loved to play cards and socialize with her very close friends at Lake Point Church. She was an avid Alabama Football Fan. She loved her family at New Prospect Church. She loved spending time with her family including her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
